Internet Explorer doesn't have an integrated mail program. Instead, it uses Outlook Express in concert with Explorer to provide a unified interface to Internet browsing, mail and news.
To verify your mail settings in Outlook Express, launch the program with a double click.
Once the application is launched, use the Edit menu to choose Preferences.
The Preferences dialog, shown below, holds all the information for configuring Outlook to connect to our mail servers. Make sure the information matches the box below, replacing 'username' with your username, all lowercase.
